- 1 The mu' vo' joH'a' ghoSta' again Daq jIH, ja'ta',
- 2 puqloD vo' loD, pa' were cha' be'pu', the puqbe'pu' vo' wa' SoS:
- 3 je chaH played the naybe'wI' Daq Egypt; chaH played the naybe'wI' Daq chaj youth; pa' were chaj breasts pressed, je pa' ghaHta' handled the bosom vo' chaj virginity.
- 4 The pongmey vo' chaH were Oholah the elder, je Oholibah Daj sister: je chaH mojta' mine, je chaH boghmoH puqloDpu' je puqbe'pu'. As vaD chaj pongmey, Samaria ghaH Oholah, je Jerusalem Oholibah.
- 5 Oholah played the naybe'wI' ghorgh ghaH ghaHta' mine; je ghaH doted Daq Daj lovers, Daq the Assyrians Daj neighbors,
- 6 'Iv were clothed tlhej blue, governors je DevwIpu', Hoch vo' chaH desirable Qup loDpu', horsemen riding Daq horses.
- 7 ghaH bestowed Daj prostitution Daq chaH, the choicest loDpu' vo' Assyria Hoch vo' chaH; je Daq 'Iv ghaH doted, tlhej Hoch chaj idols ghaH defiled herself.
- 8 ghobe' ghajtaH ghaH poS Daj prostitution since the jajmey vo' Egypt; vaD Daq Daj youth chaH lay tlhej Daj, je chaH handled the bosom vo' Daj virginity; je chaH poured pa' chaj prostitution Daq Daj.
- 9 vaj jIH toDta' Daj Daq the ghop vo' Daj lovers, Daq the ghop vo' the Assyrians, Daq 'Iv ghaH doted.
- 10 Dochvammey uncovered Daj nakedness; chaH tlhapta' Daj puqloDpu' je Daj puqbe'pu'; je Daj chaH HoHta' tlhej the 'etlh: je ghaH mojta' a byword among be'pu'; vaD chaH executed judgments Daq Daj.
- 11 Daj sister Oholibah leghta' vam, yet ghaHta' ghaH latlh corrupt Daq Daj doting than ghaH, je Daq Daj prostitution nuq were latlh than the prostitution vo' Daj sister.
- 12 ghaH doted Daq the Assyrians, governors je DevwIpu', Daj neighbors, clothed HochHom gorgeously, horsemen riding Daq horses, Hoch vo' chaH desirable Qup loDpu'.
- 13 jIH leghta' vetlh ghaH ghaHta' defiled; chaH both tlhapta' wa' way.
- 14 ghaH increased Daj prostitution; vaD ghaH leghta' loDpu' portrayed Daq the reD, the images vo' the Chaldeans portrayed tlhej vermilion,
- 15 girded tlhej girdles Daq chaj waists, tlhej flowing turbans Daq chaj nachDu', Hoch vo' chaH joHHom Daq legh Daq, after the likeness vo' the Babylonians Daq Chaldea, the puH vo' chaj birth.
- 16 As soon as ghaH leghta' chaH ghaH doted Daq chaH, je ngeHta' Duypu' Daq chaH Daq Chaldea.
- 17 The Babylonians ghoSta' Daq Daj Daq the bed vo' muSHa', je chaH defiled Daj tlhej chaj prostitution, je ghaH ghaHta' polluted tlhej chaH, je Daj qa' ghaHta' alienated vo' chaH.
- 18 vaj ghaH uncovered Daj prostitution, je uncovered Daj nakedness: vaj wIj qa' ghaHta' alienated vo' Daj, rur as wIj qa' ghaHta' alienated vo' Daj sister.
- 19 Yet ghaH multiplied Daj prostitution, remembering the jajmey vo' Daj youth, Daq nuq ghaH ghajta' played the naybe'wI' Daq the puH vo' Egypt.
- 20 ghaH doted Daq chaj paramours, 'Iv ghab ghaH as the ghab vo' donkeys, je 'Iv issue ghaH rur the issue vo' horses.
- 21 Thus SoH ja' Daq memory the lewdness vo' lIj youth, Daq the handling vo' lIj bosom Sum the Egyptians vaD the breasts vo' lIj youth.
- 22 vaj, Oholibah, thus jatlhtaH the joH joH'a': yIlegh, jIH DichDaq raise Dung lIj lovers Daq SoH, vo' 'Iv lIj qa' ghaH alienated, je jIH DichDaq qem chaH Daq SoH Daq Hoch retlh:
- 23 the Babylonians je Hoch the Chaldeans, Pekod je Shoa je Koa, je Hoch the Assyrians tlhej chaH; desirable Qup loDpu', governors je DevwIpu' Hoch vo' chaH, joHHom je loDpu' vo' renown, Hoch vo' chaH riding Daq horses.
- 24 chaH DIchDaq ghoS Daq SoH tlhej weapons, Dujmey, je wagons, je tlhej a company vo' ghotpu'; chaH DIchDaq cher themselves Daq SoH tlhej yoD je yoD je helmet Hoch around; je jIH DichDaq commit the yoj Daq chaH, je chaH DIchDaq noH SoH according Daq chaj judgments.
- 25 jIH DichDaq cher wIj jealousy Daq SoH, je chaH DIchDaq Da tlhej SoH Daq fury; chaH DIchDaq tlhap DoH lIj nose je lIj qoghDu'; je lIj residue DIchDaq pum Sum the 'etlh: chaH DIchDaq tlhap lIj puqloDpu' je lIj puqbe'pu'; je lIj residue DIchDaq taH Soppu' Sum the qul.
- 26 chaH DIchDaq je strip SoH vo' lIj clothes, je tlhap DoH lIj 'IH jewels.
- 27 Thus DichDaq jIH chenmoH lIj lewdness Daq mev vo' SoH, je lIj prostitution qempu' vo' the puH vo' Egypt; vaj vetlh SoH DIchDaq ghobe' lift Dung lIj mInDu' Daq chaH, ghobe' qaw Egypt vay' latlh.
- 28 vaD thus jatlhtaH the joH joH'a': yIlegh, jIH DichDaq toD SoH Daq the ghop vo' chaH 'Iv SoH hate, Daq the ghop vo' chaH vo' 'Iv lIj qa' ghaH alienated;
- 29 je chaH DIchDaq Da tlhej SoH Daq hatred, je DIchDaq tlhap DoH Hoch lIj labor, je DIchDaq mej SoH naked je bare; je the nakedness vo' lIj prostitution DIchDaq taH uncovered, both lIj lewdness je lIj prostitution.
- 30 Dochvammey Dochmey DIchDaq taH ta'pu' Daq SoH, because SoH ghaj played the naybe'wI' after the tuqpu', je because SoH 'oH polluted tlhej chaj idols.
- 31 SoH ghaj yItta' Daq the way vo' lIj sister; vaj DichDaq jIH nob Daj HIvje' Daq lIj ghop.
- 32 Thus jatlhtaH the joH joH'a': SoH DichDaq tlhutlh vo' lIj sister's HIvje', nuq ghaH deep je large; SoH DichDaq taH ridiculed je held Daq derision; 'oH contains 'ar.
- 33 SoH DIchDaq taH tebta' tlhej drunkenness je QoSqu', tlhej the HIvje' vo' astonishment je desolation, tlhej the HIvje' vo' lIj sister Samaria.
- 34 SoH DIchDaq 'ach tlhutlh 'oH je drain 'oH pa', je SoH DIchDaq gnaw the ghorta' pieces vo' 'oH, je DIchDaq tear lIj breasts; vaD jIH ghaj jatlhpu' 'oH, jatlhtaH the joH joH'a'.
- 35 vaj thus jatlhtaH the joH joH'a': Because SoH ghaj forgotten jIH, je chuH jIH behind lIj DoH, vaj SoH je SIQ lIj lewdness je lIj prostitution.
- 36 joH'a' ja'ta' moreover Daq jIH: puqloD vo' loD, DichDaq SoH noH Oholah je Oholibah? vaj declare Daq chaH chaj qabqu'boghghachmey.
- 37 vaD chaH ghaj committed voqHa'moHlu', je 'Iw ghaH Daq chaj ghopmey; je tlhej chaj idols ghaj chaH committed voqHa'moHlu'; je chaH ghaj je caused chaj puqloDpu', 'Iv chaH boghmoH Daq jIH, Daq juS vegh the qul Daq chaH Daq taH Soppu'.
- 38 Moreover vam chaH ghaj ta'pu' Daq jIH: chaH ghaj defiled wIj Daq QaD Daq the rap jaj, je ghaj profaned wIj Sabbaths.
- 39 vaD ghorgh chaH ghajta' Heghta' chaj puqpu' Daq chaj idols, vaj chaH ghoSta' the rap jaj Daq wIj Daq QaD Daq profane 'oH; je yIlegh, thus ghaj chaH ta'pu' Daq the midst vo' wIj tuq.
- 40 Furthermore SoH ghaj ngeHta' vaD loDpu' 'Iv ghoS vo' Hop, Daq 'Iv a messenger ghaHta' ngeHta', je yIlegh, chaH ghoSta'; vaD 'Iv SoH ta'ta' Seng SoH'egh, paint lIj mInDu', je decorate SoH'egh tlhej ornaments,
- 41 je ba' Daq a stately bed, tlhej a SopDaq prepared qaSpa' 'oH, whereupon SoH cher wIj He' je wIj Hergh.
- 42 The ghogh vo' a qevmey taH Daq leSchu' ghaHta' tlhej Daj: je tlhej loDpu' vo' the common sort were qempu' drunkards vo' the ngem; je chaH lan bracelets Daq the ghopmey vo' chaH twain, je 'IH crowns Daq chaj nachDu'.
- 43 vaj ja'ta' jIH vo' Daj 'Iv ghaHta' qan Daq adulteries, DaH DichDaq chaH play the naybe'wI' tlhej Daj, je ghaH tlhej chaH.
- 44 chaH mejta' Daq Daq Daj, as chaH jaH Daq Daq a naybe'wI': vaj mejta' chaH Daq Daq Oholah je Daq Oholibah, the lewd be'pu'.
- 45 QaQtaHghach loDpu', chaH DIchDaq noH chaH tlhej the yoj vo' be'pu' voqHa'moH, je tlhej the yoj vo' be'pu' 'Iv shed 'Iw; because chaH 'oH be'pu' voqHa'moH, je 'Iw ghaH Daq chaj ghopmey.
- 46 vaD thus jatlhtaH the joH joH'a': jIH DichDaq qem Dung a company Daq chaH, je DichDaq nob chaH Daq taH tossed DoH je vo' je robbed.
- 47 The company DIchDaq nagh chaH tlhej naghmey, je dispatch chaH tlhej chaj swords; chaH DIchDaq HoH chaj puqloDpu' je chaj puqbe'pu', je meQ Dung chaj juHmey tlhej qul.
- 48 Thus DichDaq jIH cause lewdness Daq mev pa' vo' the puH, vetlh Hoch taH'pu' may be taught ghobe' Daq ta' after lIj lewdness.
- 49 chaH DIchDaq recompense lIj lewdness Daq SoH, je SoH DIchDaq SIQ the yemmey vo' lIj idols; je SoH DIchDaq Sov vetlh jIH 'oH the joH joH'a'.

Hegh tI, 'ej ngab tI naH,
'ach reH taHtaH joH'a'ma' mu'
The grass withers, the flower fades;
but the word of our God stands forever. Isaiah 40:8
A project of the Universal Translator Assistant Project (http://www.mrklingon.org) the Klingon Language Version is an experimental relexification of the WEB. It is not properly a translation, but a demonstration of what a tlhIngan Hol (Klingon Language) Bible would look like.

Basic Hash Usage Explained
At getBible, we've established a robust system to keep our API synchronized with the Crosswire project's modules. Let me explain how this integration works in simple terms.
We source our Bible text directly from the Crosswire modules. To monitor any updates, we generate "hash values" for each chapter, book, and translation. These hash values serve as unique identifiers that change only when the underlying content changes, thereby ensuring a tight integration between getBible and the Crosswire modules.
Every month, an automated process runs for approximately three hours. During this window, we fetch the latest Bible text from the Crosswire modules. Subsequently, we compare the new hash values and the text with the previous ones. Any detected changes trigger updates to both our official getBible hash repository and the Bible API for all affected translations. This system has been operating seamlessly for several years.
Once the updates are complete, any application utilizing our Bible API should monitor the hash values at the chapter, book, or translation level. Spotting a change in these values indicates that they should update their respective systems.
Hash values can change due to various reasons, including textual corrections like adding omitted verses, rectifying spelling errors, or addressing any discrepancies flagged by the publishers maintaining the modules at Crosswire.
The Crosswire initiative, also known as the SWORD Project, is the "source of truth" for getBible. Any modifications in the Crosswire modules get reflected in our API within days, ensuring our users access the most precise and current Bible text. We pledge to uphold this standard as long as getBible exists and our build scripts remain operational.
We're united in our mission to preserve the integrity and authenticity of the Bible text. If you have questions or require additional information, please use our support system. We're here to assist and will respond promptly.
Thank you for your understanding and for being an integral part of the getBible community.
