- 1 SoH, puqloD vo' loD, tlhap a sharp 'etlh; SoH DIchDaq tlhap 'oH as a barber's razor Daq SoH, je DIchDaq cause 'oH Daq juS Daq lIj nach je Daq lIj rol: vaj tlhap balances Daq weigh, je divide the jIb.
- 2 A wejDIch part SoH DIchDaq meQ Daq the qul Daq the midst vo' the veng, ghorgh the jajmey vo' the siege 'oH fulfilled; je SoH DIchDaq tlhap a wejDIch part, je mup tlhej the 'etlh around 'oH; je a wejDIch part SoH DIchDaq scatter Daq the SuS, je jIH DichDaq draw pa' a 'etlh after chaH.
- 3 SoH DIchDaq tlhap vo' 'oH a few Daq mI', je bind chaH Daq lIj skirts.
- 4 vo' Dochvammey again SoH DIchDaq tlhap, je chuH chaH Daq the midst vo' the qul, je meQ chaH Daq the qul; vo' 'oH DIchDaq a qul ghoS vo' Daq Hoch the tuq vo' Israel.
- 5 Thus jatlhtaH the joH joH'a': vam ghaH Jerusalem; jIH ghaj cher Daj Daq the midst vo' the tuqpu', je countries 'oH around Daj.
- 6 ghaH ghajtaH lotlhpu' Daq wIj chutmey Daq doing mIghtaHghach latlh than the tuqpu', je Daq wIj chutmey latlh than the countries vetlh 'oH around Daj; vaD chaH ghaj rejected wIj chutmey, je as vaD wIj chutmey, chaH ghaj ghobe' yItta' Daq chaH.
- 7 vaj thus jatlhtaH the joH joH'a': Because SoH 'oH turbulent latlh than the tuqpu' vetlh 'oH around SoH, je ghaj ghobe' yItta' Daq wIj chutmey, ghobe' ghaj polta' wIj chutmey, ghobe' ghaj ta'pu' after the chutmey vo' the tuqpu' vetlh 'oH around SoH;

- 9 jIH DichDaq ta' Daq SoH vetlh nuq jIH ghaj ghobe' ta'pu', je whereunto jIH DichDaq ghobe' ta' vay' latlh the rur, because vo' Hoch lIj qabqu'boghghachmey.
- 10 vaj the vavpu' DIchDaq Sop the puqloDpu' Daq the midst vo' SoH, je the puqloDpu' DIchDaq Sop chaj vavpu'; je jIH DichDaq execute judgments Daq SoH; je the Hoch chuv vo' SoH DichDaq jIH scatter Daq Hoch the winds.
- 11 vaj, as jIH yIn, jatlhtaH the joH joH'a', DIch, because SoH ghaj defiled wIj Daq QaD tlhej Hoch lIj detestable Dochmey, je tlhej Hoch lIj qabqu'boghghachmey, vaj DichDaq jIH je diminish SoH; ghobe' DIchDaq wIj mIn spare, je jIH je DichDaq ghaj ghobe' pity.

Active Persistent Session:
To use a different persistent session key, simply add it above, and click the button below.
How This All Works
Your persistent session key, together with your favourite verse, authenticates you. It links to all your notes and tags in the Bible. You can share it with loved ones so they can see your notes and tags.
However, to modify your notes and tags, you need both the persistent session key and your favourite verse.
Please Keep Your Favourite Verse Private
Your persistent session key and favourite verse provide you exclusive access to edit your notes and tags. Think of your persistent session key as a username and your favourite verse as a password. Therefore, ensure your favourite verse is kept private.
The persistent session key allows viewing, while editing is only possible when the correct favourite verse is provided.

Klingon Language Version of the World English Bible (klv - 2.2)
2006-10-25(tlh)
Hegh tI, 'ej ngab tI naH,
'ach reH taHtaH joH'a'ma' mu'
The grass withers, the flower fades;
but the word of our God stands forever. Isaiah 40:8
A project of the Universal Translator Assistant Project (http://www.mrklingon.org) the Klingon Language Version is an experimental relexification of the WEB. It is not properly a translation, but a demonstration of what a tlhIngan Hol (Klingon Language) Bible would look like.

Basic Hash Usage Explained
At getBible, we've established a robust system to keep our API synchronized with the Crosswire project's modules. Let me explain how this integration works in simple terms.
We source our Bible text directly from the Crosswire modules. To monitor any updates, we generate "hash values" for each chapter, book, and translation. These hash values serve as unique identifiers that change only when the underlying content changes, thereby ensuring a tight integration between getBible and the Crosswire modules.
Every month, an automated process runs for approximately three hours. During this window, we fetch the latest Bible text from the Crosswire modules. Subsequently, we compare the new hash values and the text with the previous ones. Any detected changes trigger updates to both our official getBible hash repository and the Bible API for all affected translations. This system has been operating seamlessly for several years.
Once the updates are complete, any application utilizing our Bible API should monitor the hash values at the chapter, book, or translation level. Spotting a change in these values indicates that they should update their respective systems.
Hash values can change due to various reasons, including textual corrections like adding omitted verses, rectifying spelling errors, or addressing any discrepancies flagged by the publishers maintaining the modules at Crosswire.
The Crosswire initiative, also known as the SWORD Project, is the "source of truth" for getBible. Any modifications in the Crosswire modules get reflected in our API within days, ensuring our users access the most precise and current Bible text. We pledge to uphold this standard as long as getBible exists and our build scripts remain operational.
We're united in our mission to preserve the integrity and authenticity of the Bible text. If you have questions or require additional information, please use our support system. We're here to assist and will respond promptly.
Thank you for your understanding and for being an integral part of the getBible community.
