- 1 «قَدْ كَلَّمْتُكُمْ بِهَذَا لِكَيْ لَا تَعْثُرُوا.
- 2 سَيُخْرِجُونَكُمْ مِنَ ٱلْمَجَامِعِ، بَلْ تَأْتِي سَاعَةٌ فِيهَا يَظُنُّ كُلُّ مَنْ يَقْتُلُكُمْ أَنَّهُ يُقَدِّمُ خِدْمَةً لِلهِ.
- 3 وَسَيَفْعَلُونَ هَذَا بِكُمْ لِأَنَّهُمْ لَمْ يَعْرِفُوا ٱلْآبَ وَلَا عَرَفُونِي.
- 4 لَكِنِّي قَدْ كَلَّمْتُكُمْ بِهَذَا حَتَّى إِذَا جَاءَتِ ٱلسَّاعَةُ تَذْكُرُونَ أَنِّي أَنَا قُلْتُهُ لَكُمْ. وَلَمْ أَقُلْ لَكُمْ مِنَ ٱلْبِدَايَةِ لِأَنِّي كُنْتُ مَعَكُمْ.
- 5 «وَأَمَّا ٱلْآنَ فَأَنَا مَاضٍ إِلَى ٱلَّذِي أَرْسَلَنِي، وَلَيْسَ أَحَدٌ مِنْكُمْ يَسْأَلُنِي: أَيْنَ تَمْضِي؟
- 6 لَكِنْ لِأَنِّي قُلْتُ لَكُمْ هَذَا قَدْ مَلَأَ ٱلْحُزْنُ قُلُوبَكُمْ.
- 7 لَكِنِّي أَقُولُ لَكُمُ ٱلْحَقَّ: إِنَّهُ خَيْرٌ لَكُمْ أَنْ أَنْطَلِقَ، لِأَنَّهُ إِنْ لَمْ أَنْطَلِقْ لَا يَأْتِيكُمُ ٱلْمُعَزِّي، وَلَكِنْ إِنْ ذَهَبْتُ أُرْسِلُهُ إِلَيْكُمْ.
- 8 وَمَتَى جَاءَ ذَاكَ يُبَكِّتُ ٱلْعَالَمَ عَلَى خَطِيَّةٍ وَعَلَى بِرٍّ وَعَلَى دَيْنُونَةٍ:
- 9 أَمَّا عَلَى خَطِيَّةٍ فَلِأَنَّهُمْ لَا يُؤْمِنُونَ بِي،
- 10 وَأَمَّا عَلَى بِرٍّ فَلِأَنِّي ذَاهِبٌ إِلَى أَبِي وَلَا تَرَوْنَنِي أَيْضًا،
- 11 وَأَمَّا عَلَى دَيْنُونَةٍ فَلِأَنَّ رَئِيسَ هَذَا ٱلْعَالَمِ قَدْ دِينَ.
- 12 «إِنَّ لِي أُمُورًا كَثِيرَةً أَيْضًا لِأَقُولَ لَكُمْ، وَلَكِنْ لَا تَسْتَطِيعُونَ أَنْ تَحْتَمِلُوا ٱلْآنَ.
- 13 وَأَمَّا مَتَى جَاءَ ذَاكَ، رُوحُ ٱلْحَقِّ، فَهُوَ يُرْشِدُكُمْ إِلَى جَمِيعِ ٱلْحَقِّ، لِأَنَّهُ لَا يَتَكَلَّمُ مِنْ نَفْسِهِ، بَلْ كُلُّ مَا يَسْمَعُ يَتَكَلَّمُ بِهِ، وَيُخْبِرُكُمْ بِأُمُورٍ آتِيَةٍ.
- 14 ذَاكَ يُمَجِّدُنِي، لِأَنَّهُ يَأْخُذُ مِمَّا لِي وَيُخْبِرُكُمْ.
- 15 كُلُّ مَا لِلْآبِ هُوَ لِي. لِهَذَا قُلْتُ: إِنَّهُ يَأْخُذُ مِمَّا لِي وَيُخْبِرُكُمْ.
- 16 بَعْدَ قَلِيلٍ لَا تُبْصِرُونَنِي، ثُمَّ بَعْدَ قَلِيلٍ أَيْضًا تَرَوْنَنِي، لِأَنِّي ذَاهِبٌ إِلَى ٱلْآبِ».
- 17 فَقَالَ قَوْمٌ مِنْ تَلَامِيذِهِ، بَعْضُهُمْ لِبَعْضٍ: «مَا هُوَ هَذَا ٱلَّذِي يَقُولُهُ لَنَا: بَعْدَ قَلِيلٍ لَا تُبْصِرُونَنِي، ثُمَّ بَعْدَ قَلِيلٍ أَيْضًا تَرَوْنَنِي، وَلِأَنِّي ذَاهِبٌ إِلَى ٱلْآبِ؟».
- 18 فَقَالُوا: «مَا هُوَ هَذَا ٱلْقَلِيلُ ٱلَّذِي يَقُولُ عَنْهُ؟ لَسْنَا نَعْلَمُ بِمَاذَا يَتَكَلَّمُ!».
- 19 فَعَلِمَ يَسُوعُ أَنَّهُمْ كَانُوا يُرِيدُونَ أَنْ يَسْأَلُوهُ، فَقَالَ لَهُمْ: «أَعَنْ هَذَا تَتَسَاءَلُونَ فِيمَا بَيْنَكُمْ، لِأَنِّي قُلْتُ: بَعْدَ قَلِيلٍ لَا تُبْصِرُونَنِي، ثُمَّ بَعْدَ قَلِيلٍ أَيْضًا تَرَوْنَنِي
- 20 اَلْحَقَّ ٱلْحَقَّ أَقُولُ لَكُمْ: إِنَّكُمْ سَتَبْكُونَ وَتَنُوحُونَ وَٱلْعَالَمُ يَفْرَحُ. أَنْتُمْ سَتَحْزَنُونَ، وَلَكِنَّ حُزْنَكُمْ يَتَحَوَّلُ إِلَى فَرَحٍ.
- 21 اَلْمَرْأَةُ وَهِيَ تَلِدُ تَحْزَنُ لِأَنَّ سَاعَتَهَا قَدْ جَاءَتْ، وَلَكِنْ مَتَى وَلَدَتِ ٱلطِّفْلَ لَا تَعُودُ تَذْكُرُ ٱلشِّدَّةَ لِسَبَبِ ٱلْفَرَحِ، لِأَنَّهُ قَدْ وُلِدَ إِنْسَانٌ فِي ٱلْعَالَمِ.
- 22 فَأَنْتُمْ كَذَلِكَ، عِنْدَكُمُ ٱلْآنَ حُزْنٌ. وَلَكِنِّي سَأَرَاكُمْ أَيْضًا فَتَفْرَحُ قُلُوبُكُمْ، وَلَا يَنْزِعُ أَحَدٌ فَرَحَكُمْ مِنْكُمْ
- 23 وَفِي ذَلِكَ ٱلْيَوْمِ لَا تَسْأَلُونَنِي شَيْئًا. اَلْحَقَّ ٱلْحَقَّ أَقُولُ لَكُمْ: إِنَّ كُلَّ مَا طَلَبْتُمْ مِنَ ٱلْآبِ بِٱسْمِي يُعْطِيكُمْ.
- 24 إِلَى ٱلْآنَ لَمْ تَطْلُبُوا شَيْئًا بِٱسْمِي. اُطْلُبُوا تَأْخُذُوا، لِيَكُونَ فَرَحُكُمْ كَامِلًا.
- 25 «قَدْ كَلَّمْتُكُمْ بِهَذَا بِأَمْثَالٍ، وَلَكِنْ تَأْتِي سَاعَةٌ حِينَ لَا أُكَلِّمُكُمْ أَيْضًا بِأَمْثَالٍ، بَلْ أُخْبِرُكُمْ عَنِ ٱلْآبِ عَلَانِيَةً.
- 26 فِي ذَلِكَ ٱلْيَوْمِ تَطْلُبُونَ بِٱسْمِي. وَلَسْتُ أَقُولُ لَكُمْ إِنِّي أَنَا أَسْأَلُ ٱلْآبَ مِنْ أَجْلِكُمْ،
- 27 لِأَنَّ ٱلْآبَ نَفْسَهُ يُحِبُّكُمْ، لِأَنَّكُمْ قَدْ أَحْبَبْتُمُونِي، وَآمَنْتُمْ أَنِّي مِنْ عِنْدِ ٱللهِ خَرَجْتُ.
- 28 خَرَجْتُ مِنْ عِنْدِ ٱلْآبِ، وَقَدْ أَتَيْتُ إِلَى ٱلْعَالَمِ، وَأَيْضًا أَتْرُكُ ٱلْعَالَمَ وَأَذْهَبُ إِلَى ٱلْآبِ».
- 29 قَالَ لَهُ تَلَامِيذُهُ: «هُوَذَا ٱلْآنَ تَتَكَلَّمُ عَلَانِيَةً وَلَسْتَ تَقُولُ مَثَلًا وَاحِدًا.
- 30 اَلْآنَ نَعْلَمُ أَنَّكَ عَالِمٌ بِكُلِّ شَيْءٍ، وَلَسْتَ تَحْتَاجُ أَنْ يَسْأَلَكَ أَحَدٌ. لِهَذَا نُؤْمِنُ أَنَّكَ مِنَ ٱللهِ خَرَجْتَ».
- 31 أَجَابَهُمْ يَسُوعُ: «أَلآنَ تُؤْمِنُونَ؟
- 32 هُوَذَا تَأْتِي سَاعَةٌ، وَقَدْ أَتَتِ ٱلْآنَ، تَتَفَرَّقُونَ فِيهَا كُلُّ وَاحِدٍ إِلَى خَاصَّتِهِ، وَتَتْرُكُونَنِي وَحْدِي. وَأَنَا لَسْتُ وَحْدِي لِأَنَّ ٱلْآبَ مَعِي.
- 33 قَدْ كَلَّمْتُكُمْ بِهَذَا لِيَكُونَ لَكُمْ فِيَّ سَلَامٌ. فِي ٱلْعَالَمِ سَيَكُونُ لَكُمْ ضِيقٌ، وَلَكِنْ ثِقُوا: أَنَا قَدْ غَلَبْتُ ٱلْعَالَمَ».

Basic Hash Usage Explained
At getBible, we've established a robust system to keep our API synchronized with the Crosswire project's modules. Let me explain how this integration works in simple terms.
We source our Bible text directly from the Crosswire modules. To monitor any updates, we generate "hash values" for each chapter, book, and translation. These hash values serve as unique identifiers that change only when the underlying content changes, thereby ensuring a tight integration between getBible and the Crosswire modules.
Every month, an automated process runs for approximately three hours. During this window, we fetch the latest Bible text from the Crosswire modules. Subsequently, we compare the new hash values and the text with the previous ones. Any detected changes trigger updates to both our official getBible hash repository and the Bible API for all affected translations. This system has been operating seamlessly for several years.
Once the updates are complete, any application utilizing our Bible API should monitor the hash values at the chapter, book, or translation level. Spotting a change in these values indicates that they should update their respective systems.
Hash values can change due to various reasons, including textual corrections like adding omitted verses, rectifying spelling errors, or addressing any discrepancies flagged by the publishers maintaining the modules at Crosswire.
The Crosswire initiative, also known as the SWORD Project, is the "source of truth" for getBible. Any modifications in the Crosswire modules get reflected in our API within days, ensuring our users access the most precise and current Bible text. We pledge to uphold this standard as long as getBible exists and our build scripts remain operational.
