- 1 خداوندا، بیاد آور که چه بلائی بر سر ما آمده است. ببین که چگونه خوار و رسوا شده ایم.
- 2 سرزمین موروثی ما به دست بیگانگان افتاده است و در خانه های ما مردم بیگانه زندگی می کنند.
- 3 ما یتیم شده ایم. پدران خود را از دست داده ایم و مادران ما بیوه شده اند.
- 4 آبِ خود را در بدل نقره می نوشیم و هیزم ما به ما فروخته می شود.
- 5 بار سختی و زحمت را بر دوش خود می کشیم. خسته و ناتوان شده ایم و آسایش نداریم.
- 6 پیش مردم مصر و آشور دست دراز کردیم تا لقمه نانی به ما بدهند و زنده بمانیم.
- 7 پدران ما گناه کردند و از بین رفتند و حالا ما جرم گناه آن ها را می پردازیم.
- 8 غلامان ما بر ما حکومت می کنند و کسی نیست که ما را از زیر تسلط آن ها برهاند.
- 9 از ترس شمشیر رهزنان بیابان، نان خود را با خطر جان به دست می آوریم.
- 10 از شدت گرسنگی در تب می سوزیم و پوست بدن ما همچون تنور، داغ است.
- 11 دشمنان زنان و دختران جوان ما را در سهیون و شهرهای یهودا بی عفت کرده اند.
- 12 رهبران ما را از دستهای شان به دار آویخته و به مو سفیدان ما بی احترامی کرده اند.
- 13 از جوانان ما در آسیاب کار می گیرند و اطفال ما در زیر بار گران هیزم اُفتان و خیزان راه می روند.
- 14 مردان سالخوردۀ ما دیگر در کنار دروازۀ شهر دیده نمی شوند و جوانان از نغمه سرائی دست کشیده اند.
- 15 نشاط و سُرُور از دلهای ما رخت بربسته و رقص و پایکوبی ما به ماتم تبدیل شده است.
- 16 وای بر ما که گناه کردیم و تاج جلال و افتخار را از دست دادیم.
- 17 دلهای ما بیتاب و چشمان ما تار گشته اند،
- 18 زیرا کوه سهیون ویران و محل گشت و گذار شغالان شده است.
- 19 خداوندا، تو فرمانروای ابدی جهان هستی و تاج و تخت تو بیزوال است.
- 20 چرا ما را برای همیشه از یاد بردی؟ چرا ما را در این مدت طولانی ترک کردی؟
- 21 ای خداوند، ما را دوباره بسوی خود بازگردان و سعادت از دست رفتۀ ما را اعاده فرما.
- 22 آیا ما را بکلی ترک کرده ای؟ آیا تو بی نهایت بر ما خشمگین هستی؟

Basic Hash Usage Explained
At getBible, we've established a robust system to keep our API synchronized with the Crosswire project's modules. Let me explain how this integration works in simple terms.
We source our Bible text directly from the Crosswire modules. To monitor any updates, we generate "hash values" for each chapter, book, and translation. These hash values serve as unique identifiers that change only when the underlying content changes, thereby ensuring a tight integration between getBible and the Crosswire modules.
Every month, an automated process runs for approximately three hours. During this window, we fetch the latest Bible text from the Crosswire modules. Subsequently, we compare the new hash values and the text with the previous ones. Any detected changes trigger updates to both our official getBible hash repository and the Bible API for all affected translations. This system has been operating seamlessly for several years.
Once the updates are complete, any application utilizing our Bible API should monitor the hash values at the chapter, book, or translation level. Spotting a change in these values indicates that they should update their respective systems.
Hash values can change due to various reasons, including textual corrections like adding omitted verses, rectifying spelling errors, or addressing any discrepancies flagged by the publishers maintaining the modules at Crosswire.
The Crosswire initiative, also known as the SWORD Project, is the "source of truth" for getBible. Any modifications in the Crosswire modules get reflected in our API within days, ensuring our users access the most precise and current Bible text. We pledge to uphold this standard as long as getBible exists and our build scripts remain operational.
